644 acres of rangeland with location, great road access, creek bottom, good grazing and protection, and water! 644 acres west of Deer Trail and south of Byers. The property has nearly a mile of Willow Gulch running through. Willow Gulch is a Cottonwood tree lined creek with live warm water springs, some of which do not freeze completely in the winter.
